Deposit is $500 firm.
You will split utilities with the rest of the roommates.
Lease is to January to start and then can be extended from there.
We like to be relaxed, but respect, and trustworthiness is very important.
There is an application.


No smoking in or outside of home.
No drugs.
No pets or couples please.
Must have two professional references, and two personal references.
Must have a verified income that will cover rent and utilities.
Must have a North Carolina drivers license and or ID unless you are an out of state student or just moving here.
These are strict rules on these things they cannot be changed please do not inquire if you don't meet the requirements.

Utilities included are heat, air, water, gas, cable, and internet due every month.
