Housemate wanted for (optionally) furnished single bedroom in 2014-new home, ideal for budget-wise young worker or student. We are at social house with lots of music and share cooking, and a M-F / 9-5 rhythm.
- incl private in-room mini-fridge, sink, safe for valuables, hall closet
- extra $200 levy per person covers uncapped wifi, heat/hydro/gas, WEEKLY MAID, shared pharma/laundry supplies (TP, swiffers, detergeant, etc), and shared kitchen staples (coffee, milk, eggs, bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, pop, condiments, etc.)
- 3 other long-term housemates also share upstairs bath (all easily supported by most the oversized household water-heater money can buy)
- 2 other housemates in Master BR have private bath, but also share kitchen

- Ruthless SAME-DAY dishes policy (other House Code rules posted in writing for all)
- Leaseholder is a gigging folk musician: guitar, violin, & vocals practice is frequent
- Quiet hours only 10pm-7am, and 12am-7am Fri/Sat (i.e. poor fit for night or early-morning shift workers)
- Zero-tolerance for indoor smoking / on-property cannabis *full stop*
- Sorry, no pets or children
